Execute the IT scope of an office relocation to a new-build site, covering LAN, racks, circuits, equipment move, and workstation setup, coordinated over 8 months across three carriers to a fixed go-live date.
- Weekly IT meetings, construction-meeting participation, and bilingual coordination with carriers, cabling, AV, and design vendors
- Site surveys and circuit installation with three carriers, including telephony and FAX migration
- Structured cabling, rack mounting, and AP installation across desks, meeting rooms, town hall, phone booths, and signage
- Pre-cabling to navigate physical constraints (AV control panels routed through ceiling and partitions)
- Network equipment relocation (switches, routers, UPS, APs) with serial-number tracking, plus existing-equipment move
- Workstation peripheral setup and final pre-go-live readiness checks
