メザニン階撤去後の物流センター復旧工事

Due to fire code changes, the 3rd Party Logistics Warehouse being used by a client was required to remove its mezzanine level. Because of this, the IT and electric infrastructure had to be removed and replaced, coordinating around the removal construction. At the same time, we took the opportunity to upgrade the relevant horizontal structured cabling to Cat 6.

消防基準の法令変更により、クライアントが使用していた第三者団体の物流倉庫におけるメザニン階の撤去が必要となりました。よって、IT及び電気インフラの撤去及び再設置が必要となりましたので、メザニン階撤去工事に伴って、関連工事の調整を行いました。同時に、関連する水平構内配線用ケーブルをCat 6に更新する良い機会となりました。

• Fire code changes force removal of mezzanine level at client 3PL, triggering an IT and electrical project. This has to be clearly explained to client HQ IT group.
• Horizontal structured cable is using an older spec and could be upgraded to latest.

• 消防基準の変更により、クライアント3PLでのメザニン階が強制的に撤去されることとなり、ITおよび電気のプロジェクトを開始することになりました。 この状況をクライアント本社のHQ ITグループに明確に説明する必要があります。
• 横軸構内配線用ケーブルは古い仕様を使用しており、最新のものに更新することは可能です。

• Coordinate between client, 3PL vendor, electricians, structured cabling team to temporarily change IT setup until mezzanine can be de-constructed, then re-install using up-to-date Cat 6 cabling spec.
• Confirm that plan meets fire code.

• クライアント、３PLベンダー、電気技師、構内配線工事チームとの調整に努め、メザニン階が解体できるようになるまで一時的にIT設定を変更したうえで、最新のCat 6配線仕様で再度取付を行います。
• 計画内容が消防基準に満たす事を確認します。

• New cabling is installed using latest Cat 6 spec.
• Setup meets fire code.

• 設置は消防基準に満たしています。
