Anti-static tile. Redundant internet lines. Using domestic racks (from Kawamura), Cat6 mostly and Cat6A for wifi. Fewer cable drops means reduced from 4.3 MM estimate at 10 Aug, to 3.31 MM as at 22 Aug 2016 as a result.

Medical device maker was moved from their serviced office into a 743.1 m² (~8000 ft²) office space in a prestigious location near Tokyo station. The contract is a non-standard one, in which the current tenant vacates without returning the site to its original state, leaving it partially constructed or furnished. This style is eco-friendly, allows for a quicker move timeframe, and saves money for all involved.

医療機器メーカーは既存サービスオフィスから、東京駅周辺で名の知れた場所にある743.1 m² (~8000 ft²) のオフィススペースに移転しました。移転先の賃貸契約は、テナントによる現状回復工事をなくし、既存構築された施設を使用するという”イヌキ”契約を交わすことになっています。このスタイルは環境にやさしいうえに、移転時間を短縮し、そして、移転費用の節約にも繋がります。
